2. Meaningful repetition is stronger than mindless repetition.
Repetition becomes more valuable when attention, feedback and application are involved. Practicing an error without recognizing it can reinforce the wrong pattern. Mindful learning encourages us to notice what we are actually practicing.
3. Learning also involves refinement.

Why #1: Problems reveal where understanding can expand.

That boundary can become an invitation. Instead of immediately asking, “Why can’t I do this?” a more empowering question may be, “What information, skill, perspective or experience am I missing?”

Human intelligence is not measured only by how quickly an answer appears. Complex problems often require us to slow down, examine assumptions and sometimes redefine the question itself.
A more accurate question can change the entire path toward a solution.

There is an important difference between challenging yourself and constantly judging yourself.
Sustainable learning requires enough psychological space to say, “I don’t understand this yet.”
