Digital sales are generally final

Due to the nature of digital products, all eligible digital-product sales are final once the file, download link, license key, or protected content has been accessed or delivered. NettaVibes does not offer returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds after digital access has occurred, except where required by applicable law or for a verified duplicate or incorrect charge.

Why this policy is maintained

A digital purchase provides immediate, personal, limited, non-transferable access to protected intellectual property. Unlike a physical item, an accessed digital file cannot be physically returned or reliably recovered from a purchaser’s device. Protecting this work allows NettaVibes to continue developing original resources and experiences.

Your responsibility before purchasing

• Review carefully: Read the complete product description, feature list, file type, license, limitations, and available preview before purchasing.
• Verify compatibility: Confirm that your device has the applications needed to open or use the product, such as a current browser, PDF reader, document application, design software, archive extractor, or another requirement stated on the product page.
• Confirm suitability: Make sure the product’s purpose and included materials meet your needs. A digital product is not guaranteed to work with software, devices, or services that were not listed as compatible.
• Protect access: Use a correct email address at checkout and keep your account credentials, receipt, and download information secure.

Support for technical delivery issues

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible through the supplied link, contact info@nettavibes.com within 48 hours of purchase. Include the order number, product name, problem encountered, device type, and a screenshot when appropriate.

NettaVibes will review the issue and, when applicable, provide a replacement link, replacement copy of the purchased file, or reasonable troubleshooting assistance. Technical support does not include product customization, training in third-party software, device repair, or compatibility with an unstated application.

Founder’s setup fee and monthly membership

NettaVibes Premium Membership begins with a one-time $14.99 Founder’s fee. This initial fee supports setup of the member account and setup of eligible download access. The membership then renews automatically at $5 per month according to the renewal date disclosed at checkout and continues until canceled.

Before completing enrollment, customers should review the checkout page for the initial charge, the date monthly billing begins, renewal frequency, included benefits, and cancellation instructions.

What Premium access may include

Eligible benefits may include Premium articles, member tools, apps, software, interactive journals, activities, downloads, selected digital products, resources, and future experiences identified as included with Premium Membership. Some existing or future products, professional services, personalized work, third-party purchases, or separately licensed items may remain individually priced.

Membership payment and refund policy

Because Premium Membership can provide immediate access to multiple protected resources and intellectual properties, the $14.99 Founder’s setup fee and completed monthly membership charges are generally non-refundable once Prime access is activated or used. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, failure to use the membership, dissatisfaction with an individual included resource, or cancellation after a charge has been processed, except where applicable law requires otherwise or for a verified duplicate or incorrect charge.

Cancel at any time

A member may cancel future automatic renewals at any time through the available account or subscription-management option. If that option is unavailable, the member may contact info@nettavibes.com for assistance. Cancellation stops future monthly renewals but does not normally reverse charges already processed. Access continues according to the membership status and paid access period shown in the member account.

A member may also request account closure. NettaVibes may request reasonable information to verify identity and account ownership before changing billing or closing an account.

Personal access

Membership access belongs only to the registered member. Account sharing, credential resale, unauthorized copying, redistribution, public posting, extraction, scraping, or commercial reuse of member content is prohibited unless NettaVibes provides written permission.

These General Software Terms apply to software, applications, generators, journals, organizers, games, interactive activities, dashboards, member tools, and similar digital experiences created, published, licensed, or operated by Netta Reads or NettaVibes. They also apply when a NettaVibes experience is accessed through an authorized third-party hosting platform.

1. Acceptance and permitted use

By accessing or using a covered experience, you agree to use it lawfully and for its intended personal or expressly authorized business purpose. Unless a separate license states otherwise, NettaVibes grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the experience. No ownership interest is transferred to you.

2. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Use a service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or harmful activity.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access restrictions, interfere with security, overload the service, or disrupt another person’s use.
• Copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, frame, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected software, code, content, output, or design except where the law or a written license expressly permits it.
• Impersonate another person, misuse another member’s account, submit information you do not have the right to use, or violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Use automated systems to collect content, generate excessive requests, manipulate results, or avoid technical limits without written authorization.

3. User-created content

You remain responsible for text, answers, affirmations, journal entries, prompts, images, or other material you enter. You represent that you have the right to use that material. Do not submit highly sensitive, confidential, financial, medical, legal, authentication, or identification information unless a tool clearly states that it is designed and secured for that purpose.

Private or browser-saved content is not granted to NettaVibes merely because it is created with a tool. If a feature allows public submission, sharing, publication, feedback, or community display, the specific feature may request a limited license needed to host, moderate, display, and operate that submission. No public display is guaranteed.

4. Moderation and account action

Where a feature accepts public or shared submissions, NettaVibes may review, restrict, decline, or remove content that violates these terms or creates a safety, legal, security, or operational concern. Access may be limited or terminated for repeated or serious misuse.

5. Privacy and data handling

Data practices can differ by tool. Some experiences may operate locally in your browser, while account-based or hosted features may process technical, account, usage, security, or submitted information needed to provide the service. Authorized hosting, payment, analytics, security, email, or infrastructure providers may process limited information on behalf of NettaVibes. Review the applicable Privacy Policy and any notice shown within the specific tool.

6. Third-party platforms and links

A NettaVibes-created experience may open on or depend upon a third-party website, host, browser, store, payment processor, or service. Those third parties may apply their own terms, privacy practices, availability rules, and technical requirements. NettaVibes does not control an independent third party and is not responsible for its separate content, outages, security practices, changes, or decisions.

7. Changes, availability and maintenance

Software and interactive experiences may be updated, corrected, redesigned, limited, replaced, suspended, or discontinued for security, legal, technical, operational, or business reasons. Features and outputs may change as the platform develops. NettaVibes does not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent availability of a particular feature.

8. No guaranteed outcome

Tools, prompts, generators, games, journals, and other experiences are provided for general educational, creative, organizational, reflective, or entertainment purposes. Results depend on the information entered and how the user chooses to apply them. NettaVibes does not guarantee personal, financial, professional, health, search-ranking, business, or other outcomes.

9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, covered experiences are provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or third-party service. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of information they do not want to lose and for reviewing generated output before relying on it.

10. Intellectual property

NettaVibes names, branding, original text, graphics, layouts, software, code, workflows, downloads, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners. Access or purchase does not authorize redistribution, resale, public posting, removal of ownership notices, or creation of competing copies unless a written license expressly allows it.

11. Suspension or termination

NettaVibes may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, intellectual property, security, legal compliance, payment integrity, or platform operation. Provisions concerning intellectual property, prohibited use, disclaimers, and responsibility survive termination where applicable.

NettaVibes content and tools are intended for general education, inspiration, creativity, reflection, organization, and entertainment. They are not medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for a qualified professional.

Personal-growth, mindfulness, affirmation, journaling, intuitive, or empowerment content should be used with individual judgment. Stop using an activity that causes distress or feels unsafe, and seek appropriate professional or emergency support when needed.

NettaVibes may update these policies as products, membership benefits, software, technology, legal requirements, or business practices evolve. Material changes may be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply where legally permitted.
