NettaVibes Premium Membership Refund Policy

1. Digital membership purchase
The current Premium Membership is offered for a one-time Beta payment of $14.99 and may provide immediate access to digital resources.
2. General refund position
Because digital access may begin immediately, membership payments are generally non-refundable after access is granted, except when required by applicable law, a duplicate charge is confirmed, a verified billing error occurs, or NettaVibes approves another exception.
3. Technical problems
Customers should give NettaVibes a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct verified access or download problems before requesting a refund.
4. Duplicate or incorrect charges
Suspected duplicate or incorrect charges should be reported promptly with the order number, account email, purchase date, and relevant supporting information.
5. Misuse and policy violations
Access suspended or terminated for fraud, account sharing, unauthorized redistribution, copyright infringement, or serious misuse may not qualify for a refund except where required by law.
6. Requesting review
Add the official NettaVibes support email and contact-page link before publication.
7. Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method when reasonably possible. Payment providers and financial institutions may require additional processing time.
8. Legal rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
