Software Terms of Use
Updated October 18, 2026 · Scope: software catalog, downloads and purchases.
1. Scope and acceptance
These Software Terms of Use apply to the software catalog presented as Netta Reads at nettavibes.com, related website pages, software purchases, downloads, updates, documentation and customer support. By using a product or placing an order, you agree to the applicable terms presented at that time. A separate open-source license or a specific product license controls where it conflicts with these general website terms.
2. Free editions and open-source licenses
MemberQube Lite is a free WordPress.org-distributed plugin, and its free features do not expire. Plugins distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or other open-source licenses remain subject to those licenses. Nothing in these Terms removes the rights to use, study, modify or redistribute GPL-covered code that the applicable license grants. Brand names, logos and other identifying marks are not licensed as trademarks merely because some software code is open source.
3. Paid products, prices and checkout
Optional Pro and Business editions are separate products and may require their own installation, purchase and support terms. A paid offer is available only when an official product page displays accurate pricing, deliverables and a functioning checkout. No purchase is being taken directly on this catalog page. Any future subscription offer must state its renewal price, interval, cancellation method and applicable terms clearly before checkout. Sales tax may apply.
4. Delivery, licenses and updates
When a paid product is offered, the product listing or checkout should explain how the download is delivered, supported WordPress/PHP requirements, whether a license key is included, site-activation limits if applicable, and the period of updates and support. Buying a ZIP file does not by itself guarantee automatic software updates, an ongoing license service, or compatibility with every website configuration. Back up your site and test changes on staging before installation.
5. Refunds and billing issues
The applicable refund policy shown before purchase governs paid plugin orders, subject to all mandatory consumer rights. If a digital download fails, a license does not activate as described, or you suspect a duplicate or unauthorized charge, contact info@nettavibes.com with the order number and issue. The support team will review the request and any rights required by applicable law. Membership subscriptions are governed by their own separately published membership terms.
6. Responsible use and security
Do not use the website, purchase systems or software for fraud, unauthorized access, distribution of malware, harassment, unlawful recording, infringement, attacks on other services or circumvention of legitimate authentication controls. You are responsible for securing your WordPress installation, managing users and obtaining any legally required notices and consents, including consent for recordings or processing of personal data.
7. Intellectual property and trademarks
The website operator and respective rights holders retain rights in original website text, graphics, product artwork, brand names and trademarks to the extent permitted by law. Individual software code, libraries and themes may carry GPL or other license notices; those notices and license terms must be respected. Third-party brands and platform names belong to their respective owners. No affiliation or endorsement by WordPress.org, WordPress, Stripe, WooCommerce or Pinterest is implied.
8. Support, product changes and availability
Features, compatibility notes, documentation, prices and future release plans may change. We aim to keep product pages accurate and avoid describing planned items as released. Security fixes and compatibility updates are offered according to each product’s published support and license terms; a future roadmap is not a delivery guarantee.
9. Warranty and liability
To the extent the law permits, the website and products are offered without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, a specific business result, or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes warranties, liability, consumer remedies, or other protections that cannot legally be excluded. Where the law permits limitations, the website operator’s liability for an affected paid product may be limited to the amount paid for that product, except for liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing rules and questions
Applicable laws and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive statutory rights. Contact info@nettavibes.com for questions, complaints, accessibility needs or billing concerns. The Terms may be updated with a new effective date; material changes to an existing paid agreement will be handled as required by the applicable contract and law.
Privacy Notice
Updated October 18, 2026 · Scope: software visitors and customers.
1. Who operates this page and what it covers
This software catalog is presented as Netta Reads on nettavibes.com, operated under the business name shown in the footer. Email info@nettavibes.com for privacy questions. This notice covers visitors and customers interacting with our software pages and orders on this website. It does not automatically describe every independent website where someone installs a WordPress plugin from this collection; that website operator is normally responsible for its own privacy notices and compliance.
2. Information handled
Depending on how you interact with the site, we may process your name, email address, support messages, customer account details, billing contact and address, product choices, order and refund history, payment status and reference IDs, download/license records if enabled, and technical information such as IP address, browser, session and security logs. We should only collect the information necessary for the services actually offered.
3. Payments and financial data
When enabled, payments for separate software products are handled through WooCommerce and the payment provider connected to the dedicated software payment account, such as Stripe. The website operator may receive transaction references, masked payment details, billing information and status information, but does not intend to store complete card numbers or card security codes. Payment providers independently process information under their own policies. The separate payment account used by another website is not part of this software storefront.
4. Why information is used
Information may be used to operate accounts and orders; deliver legitimate digital downloads and updates; provide support; prevent fraud; maintain security; comply with tax and recordkeeping requirements; and improve accessibility and the effectiveness of our website. Marketing email is sent only when permitted by applicable law and user preferences; a purchase is not automatic consent to promotional emails.
5. Cookies and optional analytics
Essential cookies or similar technologies may be used for WooCommerce carts, checkout security, account sessions, fraud prevention and preferences. Optional analytics or marketing technologies, if enabled, should be disclosed in the website’s cookie choices and handled according to applicable consent requirements. This notice does not represent that a specific advertising or analytics service is currently installed.
6. Plugins installed on other websites
MemberQube Lite uses the installing website’s ordinary WordPress user system to manage registrations and members. Its public WordPress.org description says the Lite core does not transmit telemetry to an external service. The independent site owner manages its users and decides whether to add extra services. Future plugins may handle different information and should have their own product-specific notices before release.
7. Voice recordings and optional processing
When Voice Review Recorder is used on this website, a review may involve a rating, contact email, optional public name, submitted text, audio and consent records. The recording workflow requires an affirmative choice and microphone permission; submitted reviews are subject to moderation. Optional third-party transcription or translation, when configured, may require separate consent and disclosure. Read the current Voice Review Privacy page for details. When this plugin is installed on another site, that site’s operator is responsible for its own privacy practices and recording-consent rules.
8. Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared when necessary with authorized hosting providers, payment processors, email/digital delivery or customer support providers, security services, and legal or regulatory authorities when required. Service providers should only receive what is reasonably necessary for the purpose. A published plugin download or a click to WordPress.org also makes the destination platform’s terms and policies relevant.
9. Retention and security
Account, payment and order records should be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, taxes, disputes and legal obligations. Optional software licenses and recording data can have additional retention settings disclosed in their product notices. Protective measures include controlled access, HTTPS and appropriate backups; no internet system is guaranteed risk-free. Exact retention periods depend on the configured services and applicable law.
10. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability or other controls over personal information. You may also have a right to opt out of certain marketing or processing. Write to info@nettavibes.com; identity verification and lawful exceptions may apply. For data hosted by someone else’s installation of a WordPress plugin, contact that website operator first.
