NettaVibes Premium Membership Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and Acceptable Use

NettaVibes Premium Members must use the NettaVibes website, membership services, Premium content, digital products, software, apps, tools, downloads, and other member resources lawfully, responsibly, and respectfully.

Members may not use NettaVibes in a manner that harms or disrupts the website, its systems, content, intellectual property, other users, or the operation of the Premium Membership.

2. Account and Membership Access

Each Premium Membership is intended for the individual customer account associated with the membership purchase.

Members may not:

  • Share login credentials or provide Premium access to unauthorized persons.
  • Sell, rent, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise provide their membership to another person.
  • Attempt to access another customer’s account.
  • Provide intentionally false or misleading account information.
  • Use unauthorized automation to create, access, manipulate, or control member accounts.
  • Circumvent account, membership, payment, or access restrictions.

Members are responsible for maintaining reasonable security over their account credentials.

3. Premium Content and Digital Resources

Premium Membership may provide access to selected articles, digital products, journals, planners, puzzles, activities, templates, downloads, educational materials, creative resources, and other member-only content.

Unless NettaVibes expressly provides otherwise, these materials are licensed for the member’s authorized personal use.

Members may not:

  • Redistribute, republish, reproduce, or publicly upload protected Premium materials.
  • Resell or commercially exploit member-only resources.
  • Systematically copy, scrape, archive, mirror, or extract the Premium library.
  • Remove copyright, attribution, licensing, trademark, or ownership notices.
  • Represent NettaVibes content or resources as their own original work.
  • Make Premium downloads available through file-sharing services, websites, social platforms, repositories, marketplaces, or other distribution channels without authorization.

4. Premium Software, Apps, and Tools

Membership may include access to selected NettaVibes software, apps, AI-powered tools, interactive experiences, or other digital utilities.

Unless expressly authorized by NettaVibes or permitted by applicable law, members may not:

  • Copy or redistribute member-only software or application files.
  • Resell or sublicense access to Premium software, apps, or tools.
  • Share restricted access credentials, keys, links, or other access methods.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract protected source code.
  • Circumvent usage restrictions, licensing controls, membership checks, or access protections.
  • Use automated systems to abuse, overload, scrape, or improperly interact with Premium tools.
  • Use NettaVibes software or tools to engage in fraudulent, malicious, unlawful, or abusive activities.

Individual software, apps, tools, or digital products may also include additional usage or licensing terms.

5. Selected Member Products

NettaVibes may designate certain normally paid digital products as complimentary benefits for active Premium Members.

Member access to a selected product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property and does not grant the member permission to redistribute or resell that product.

Not every product available through the NettaVibes Shop is included with Premium Membership.

Products not specifically identified as eligible Premium benefits may require a separate purchase.

6. Technical and Website Misuse

Members may not:

  • Bypass or attempt to bypass membership or content-access controls.
  • Probe, scan, or test website or server vulnerabilities without authorization.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, malicious scripts, or other harmful code.
  • Manipulate or interfere with checkout, payment, subscription, or account systems.
  • Intentionally overload or disrupt the website or its services.
  • Attempt to obtain private, protected, or restricted files through unauthorized URLs or methods.
  • Attempt to gain administrator, staff, database, server, or other elevated privileges without authorization.
  • Interfere with another customer’s ability to access or use NettaVibes.

7. Subscription and Billing Misuse

Members may not intentionally manipulate, circumvent, or exploit the membership billing system, subscription controls, checkout process, account status, promotional offers, or payment mechanisms to obtain unauthorized Premium access.

Suspected duplicate or incorrect charges should be addressed through the appropriate NettaVibes billing-support or refund-review process rather than through manipulation of the website or membership system.

8. Harmful, Fraudulent, or Unlawful Conduct

NettaVibes may not be used to facilitate:

  • Fraud or deceptive activity.
  • Harassment, threats, or unlawful abuse.
  • Copyright or intellectual-property infringement.
  • Unauthorized commercial exploitation.
  • Misleading claims of affiliation with or endorsement by NettaVibes.
  • Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or protected materials.
  • Other activities prohibited by applicable law.

9. Enforcement

NettaVibes may investigate suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.

Depending on the circumstances and severity of the violation, NettaVibes may take reasonable action including:

  • Issuing a warning.
  • Restricting specific membership features.
  • Limiting downloads or access.
  • Temporarily suspending an account.
  • Terminating Premium Membership access.
  • Removing access to protected resources.
  • Taking reasonable measures to protect NettaVibes systems or intellectual property.
  • Referring appropriate matters to a service provider, payment provider, hosting provider, or lawful authority when reasonably necessary or legally required.

Refund eligibility following suspension or termination is governed by the applicable NettaVibes Premium Membership Refund Policy and applicable law.

10. Relationship to Other Policies

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the rules governing NettaVibes Premium Membership.

Members are also subject to the applicable Membership Terms, Privacy Policy, Copyright Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional terms or licenses presented for particular software, apps, digital products, tools, or services.

If a specific Premium resource includes additional usage or licensing terms, those terms also apply to use of that resource.

11. Changes to This Policy

NettaVibes may update this Acceptable Use Policy as the website, Premium Membership, digital products, software, apps, tools, security requirements, or member services evolve.

Updated versions may be published with a revised effective date or policy version.

12. Reporting Misuse or Contacting NettaVibes

Suspected misuse, unauthorized redistribution, account-security concerns, or other violations may be reported by contact method info@nettavibes.com
