Start safely, then build confidently.
Follow this sequence to install Lite, add your Pro or Business ZIP, and confirm the member experience works before you use it on a live community.
Nine installation checkpoints
These are setup instructions for the site administrator, not promises of automated payment-based membership access.
Back up or use staging
Create a full site backup and use a staging copy if your site already has active membership restrictions.
Install and activate Lite
Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin. Search MemberQube Lite or use the official WordPress.org listing. Activate Lite.
Review the Lite pages
Open the Lite setup manual. Confirm Join, Login, Account and Plans pages are published and work as expected.
Choose Pro or Business
Open the edition’s NettaVibes product page and follow the applicable checkout and digital download instructions.
Install your purchase ZIP
In Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, choose the purchased ZIP. Click Install Now and Activate, with Lite still active.
Open the paid setup manual
From the WordPress sidebar, open MemberQube Pro or MemberQube Business → Setup Manual. Follow the sections in order.
Configure levels and access
Add named levels, assign a test member and restrict a test post. For Business, add teams as administrative labels.
Test as a visitor
Use a private browsing window and separate test accounts to confirm permitted and blocked content. Remove any test restrictions after verifying.
Review downloads, updates and support
Keep a copy of your ZIP and receipt. Check the product’s stated update/support terms before relying on automatic update alerts.
Do not upload the promotional image as a plugin ZIP
The image displayed on the product page and the downloaded WordPress plugin are separate files. Only the ZIP belongs in Plugins → Upload Plugin.
Purchased MemberQube Pro ZIP
Install with Lite active. Adds access levels, member assignment, content rules, reports and branding.

Install with Lite active. Adds Pro features plus team organization and CSV member reports.
