- Read the recording notice and tick the consent box.
- Select Record, allow microphone access, and speak naturally.
- Stop, listen, and use Try Again if needed.
- Correct or provide a transcript, if desired, then submit.
Your submission remains private until a moderator approves it. You can also leave a written review without using a microphone. Contact the website administrator to request a correction or deletion.
