1. Information we may collect
NettaVibes may collect names, email addresses, billing details, account usernames, order history, membership status, login activity, device and browser information, IP addresses, website usage information, support messages, cookies, and policy-acceptance records.
2. Payment information
Payments are processed through WooCommerce and the selected payment provider. The NettaVibes membership plugin does not store complete payment-card numbers or card-security codes.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to create and manage accounts, process purchases, verify payment, grant Premium access, provide downloads, send order and account notices, answer support requests, prevent fraud, maintain security, improve the website, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Policy-acceptance records
NettaVibes may record the acceptance date and time, related WooCommerce order, customer account, policy version, policy URLs, plugin version, and checkout IP address.
5. Cookies and service providers
Cookies and service providers may support login sessions, shopping carts, checkout, hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics, security, backups, and customer support.
6. Account privacy
Members can generally view only their own account details, orders, downloads, billing information, password controls, and membership status. Customers do not receive access to WordPress administration or other customers’ records.
7. Data retention and choices
Information may be retained as reasonably necessary for account administration, transactions, security, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Available privacy choices depend on applicable law.
