NettaVibes Premium Membership Terms

1. Membership description
The NettaVibes Premium Membership provides eligible members with access to selected premium articles, digital resources, interactive journals, puzzles, activities, downloads, creative tools, and other member-only experiences.
2. Beta membership
The current Premium Membership is offered for a one-time Beta payment of $14.99. Recurring billing is not enabled. Future recurring plans, if offered, will require clear pricing and separate affirmative consent.
3. Member account
Premium access is connected to the customer account used during purchase. Members are responsible for accurate information, protecting login credentials, and preventing unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, rented, or sold.
4. Access to Premium content
Access is granted only after WooCommerce confirms successful payment and connects the order to a valid customer account. Access is not granted for pending, failed, cancelled, reversed, or refunded orders.
5. Personal-use license
Membership grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license. Ownership of all content remains with NettaVibes or the applicable rights holder.
6. Prohibited uses
Members may not share accounts, redistribute or resell content, upload protected materials elsewhere, remove ownership notices, circumvent access controls, scrape the Premium library, or commercially exploit resources without written permission.
7. Educational disclaimer
Content is provided for informational, educational, inspirational, creative, reflective, and personal-enrichment purposes. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, therapeutic, diagnostic, or other professional advice.
8. Suspension or termination
NettaVibes may suspend or terminate access for fraud, account sharing, copyright infringement, unauthorized redistribution, abuse, unlawful activity, or material policy violations.
9. Refunds
Purchases are governed by the published Refund Policy.
10. Changes and growth
Features and resources may evolve during Beta. Existing one-time members will not be automatically converted into recurring billing because of a future policy or plan change.
11. Acceptance
By selecting the required checkout agreement and completing payment, the purchaser confirms review and acceptance of the linked Membership Terms, Privacy Policy, Copyright Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
