NettaVibes Premium Membership Terms

1. Membership Description
The NettaVibes Premium Membership provides eligible members with access to selected premium articles, digital resources, interactive journals, planners, puzzles, activities, downloads, creative tools, member-only software, apps, and other Premium experiences made available by NettaVibes.
Membership benefits may expand, change, or be updated over time as the NettaVibes Premium experience develops.
2. Founding Member Beta Pricing and Recurring Billing
The current NettaVibes Premium Membership is offered through the Founding Member Beta plan.
The initial $14.99 Founding Member enrollment payment includes the member’s first 30 days of Premium Membership access.
After the first 30 days, the membership automatically renews at $5.00 per month until canceled.
By completing enrollment and agreeing to these Membership Terms during checkout, the purchaser authorizes the recurring monthly membership charges described at the time of purchase.
NettaVibes will not increase, replace, or materially change the member’s recurring billing arrangement without providing appropriate notice and obtaining any consent required by applicable law.
3. Member Account
Premium access is connected to the customer account used during purchase.
Members are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information.
- Maintaining the security of login credentials.
- Preventing unauthorized use of the account.
- Keeping billing and contact information reasonably current.
Membership accounts may not be shared, transferred, rented, sold, or made available to another person.
4. Activation and Continued Access
Premium access may begin after WooCommerce or the applicable payment system confirms successful enrollment and connects the transaction to a valid customer account.
Continued Premium access requires the membership to remain in good standing.
Access may be limited, suspended, or removed when a payment is pending, failed, reversed, refunded, disputed, canceled, expired, or otherwise determined to be invalid under the applicable billing or membership rules.
5. Monthly Renewal and Cancellation
After the initial 30-day membership period, the Premium Membership automatically renews at $5.00 per month until canceled.
Members who do not wish to continue should cancel before the next scheduled renewal.
Cancellation stops future automatic renewal charges according to the applicable billing system and cancellation process.
Unless otherwise required by law or stated in the Refund Policy, cancellation does not automatically refund charges that were already successfully processed.
Where available, members may cancel through the subscription-management options provided in their NettaVibes customer account.
6. Selected Digital Products and Member Benefits
Certain digital products, downloads, software, apps, tools, resources, or other offerings may be designated as included benefits for active Premium Members.
Not every NettaVibes product or future offering is automatically included with membership.
Products or services that are separately priced, excluded from membership, or not identified as an eligible Premium benefit may require a separate purchase.
7. Personal-Use License
Membership grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use eligible Premium resources for permitted personal purposes.
Ownership of all content, software, downloads, designs, written materials, graphics, tools, and other intellectual property remains with NettaVibes or the applicable rights holder.
Membership does not transfer ownership rights to the member.
8. Prohibited Uses
Members may not:
- Share membership accounts or login credentials.
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or republish Premium content.
- Upload protected materials to other websites, platforms, or repositories.
- Remove copyright, attribution, ownership, or licensing notices.
- Circumvent technical access controls or membership restrictions.
- Scrape, copy, mirror, or systematically extract the Premium library.
- Reverse engineer or misuse protected software or tools except where legally permitted.
- Commercially exploit Premium resources without written authorization.
- Use membership benefits for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or unauthorized redistribution.
9. Educational and Informational Disclaimer
NettaVibes content and resources are provided for informational, educational, inspirational, creative, reflective, and personal-enrichment purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, NettaVibes content does not constitute medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, therapeutic, diagnostic, or other licensed professional advice.
Members should seek qualified professional assistance when appropriate to their individual circumstances.
10. Suspension or Termination
NettaVibes may suspend, restrict, or terminate Premium access for reasons including:
- Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Unauthorized account sharing.
- Copyright or intellectual-property infringement.
- Unauthorized redistribution or resale.
- Abuse or misuse of member benefits.
- Circumvention of access controls.
- Unlawful activity.
- Material violations of these Membership Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or other applicable policies.
Termination or suspension may affect access to Premium content and resources.
Refund eligibility following suspension or termination is governed by the published Refund Policy and applicable law.
11. Refunds and Billing Disputes
Membership payments are governed by the published NettaVibes Premium Membership Refund Policy.
Members should report suspected duplicate charges, billing errors, or unauthorized transactions promptly so NettaVibes can review the applicable order and account information.
Submitting a billing dispute or refund request does not guarantee approval.
12. Beta Program and Changes to Membership
NettaVibes Premium is currently offered as a Beta membership experience.
Features, layouts, tools, software, apps, downloads, digital products, and member benefits may be added, modified, replaced, limited, or discontinued as the Premium experience evolves.
Membership provides access to the eligible benefits available during the member’s active subscription. It does not guarantee permanent availability of any specific individual feature, product, app, software tool, article, download, or resource unless expressly stated otherwise.
NettaVibes may introduce additional membership plans, pricing structures, or promotional offers in the future.
Any material change to an existing member’s recurring billing arrangement will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any required notice or consent requirements.
13. Payment Processing
Membership payments may be processed through WooCommerce and supported third-party payment providers.
NettaVibes does not directly control processing delays, card-network decisions, bank authorization requirements, or other actions taken by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Members remain responsible for maintaining a valid payment method for recurring membership charges.
14. Failed or Reversed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, is reversed, charged back, or otherwise becomes invalid, Premium access may be restricted or suspended while the billing issue is reviewed or resolved.
NettaVibes may attempt to process or recover applicable charges according to the capabilities and rules of the payment system being used.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By selecting the required checkout agreement and completing the membership purchase, the purchaser confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable:
- Membership Terms
- Privacy Policy
- Copyright Policy
- Refund Policy
- Acceptable Use Policy
The purchaser also acknowledges the recurring billing terms disclosed at checkout, including the $5 monthly renewal beginning after the first 30 days of membership.
16. Changes to These Terms
NettaVibes may update these Membership Terms as the Premium Membership, Beta program, payment systems, features, or legal requirements evolve.
Updated terms will be published with a revised effective date or policy version where appropriate.
Material changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
