NettaVibes Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

1. Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, NettaVibes owns, controls, licenses, or otherwise has rights to the original content and intellectual property made available through NettaVibes and the NettaVibes Premium Membership.
Protected materials may include, as applicable:
- Articles and written content.
- Journals, planners, worksheets, and templates.
- Ebooks and digital publications.
- Digital products and downloads.
- Graphics, illustrations, designs, and visual materials.
- Branding, logos, names, and other brand assets.
- Puzzles, activities, prompts, and interactive experiences.
- Premium software, apps, and digital tools.
- AI-powered tools and related original interfaces or materials.
- Original code and software components.
- Page designs and original layouts.
- Educational and creative resources.
- Other original digital content and member experiences.
Third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders and may be subject to separate terms or licenses.
2. Membership Does Not Transfer Ownership
Purchasing or maintaining a NettaVibes Premium Membership provides eligible access to designated Premium resources.
Membership does not transfer ownership, authorship, copyright, trademark, source-code ownership, licensing rights, or other intellectual-property rights to the member.
This applies whether a resource is accessed online, downloaded, provided as a complimentary Premium benefit, or otherwise made available through membership.
3. Personal-Use License
Unless a particular resource expressly states otherwise, eligible Premium content and digital resources are provided under a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license for the member’s authorized personal, non-commercial use.
A member’s ability to download or access a resource does not mean that the resource has entered the public domain or that ownership has been transferred.
Specific products, software, apps, or tools may include additional license terms. Where additional terms are presented, those terms also apply to the applicable resource.
4. Selected Digital Products Included With Membership
NettaVibes may designate certain digital products that are ordinarily sold separately as included benefits for active Premium Members.
Receiving a selected digital product through membership does not transfer ownership of its underlying intellectual property.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, members may use those products for authorized personal purposes but may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reproduce for commercial distribution, or make them publicly available.
Not every product offered through NettaVibes is automatically included with Premium Membership.
5. Premium Software, Apps, AI Tools, and Code
NettaVibes may provide members with access to selected software, apps, AI-powered tools, interactive systems, or other digital utilities.
Unless expressly authorized in writing or permitted by applicable law, members may not:
- Copy or redistribute protected software or application files.
- Resell or sublicense Premium software, apps, or tools.
- Publish or distribute protected source code.
- Claim authorship or ownership of NettaVibes software or code.
- Remove copyright, trademark, licensing, attribution, or ownership notices.
- Circumvent licensing, membership, or access-control mechanisms.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract protected source code except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Create or distribute unauthorized copies or substantially copied versions of protected NettaVibes resources.
Access to a software application or tool does not constitute a sale or transfer of the underlying intellectual property.
6. Activities Requiring Permission
Unless expressly permitted by a resource’s individual license or by applicable law, users and members may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, sublicense, publicly upload, commercially exploit, or otherwise distribute protected NettaVibes materials without appropriate written authorization.
Users may not:
- Claim NettaVibes materials as their own original work.
- Remove ownership or copyright notices.
- Make unauthorized copies available through websites, marketplaces, social media, cloud-storage links, repositories, or file-sharing services.
- Package Premium materials into another product for sale or distribution.
- Use protected resources commercially when only personal-use rights were granted.
Nothing in this policy is intended to prohibit uses that are independently permitted by applicable law.
7. Account, Access, and Download Sharing
Premium Membership accounts are intended for the authorized member associated with the account.
Members may not share membership credentials, protected download links, restricted files, private access URLs, software access, or other member-only resources with unauthorized non-members.
A member may not use their account to provide multiple people with unauthorized access to Premium Membership benefits.
8. NettaVibes Branding
NettaVibes names, logos, graphics, product names, visual identity, and other distinctive brand materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing provided through Premium Membership grants a member permission to represent themselves as NettaVibes, create a misleading affiliation with NettaVibes, or imply sponsorship or endorsement without authorization.
9. Third-Party Intellectual Property
Some NettaVibes services or resources may interact with or reference third-party products, platforms, services, trademarks, or materials.
Ownership of third-party intellectual property remains with the applicable rights holder.
NettaVibes membership does not grant rights to third-party intellectual property beyond those provided by the applicable rights holder or permitted by law.
10. Reporting Suspected Infringement
Individuals who believe that copyrighted or other protected material has been used on NettaVibes in a manner that infringes their rights may submit an infringement notice through the official copyright contact method published by NettaVibes.
A report should provide sufficient information to identify the protected work, the material at issue, the location of the material, the reporting party’s contact information, and the basis for the infringement claim.
NettaVibes may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate a report.
11. Enforcement
NettaVibes may take reasonable action to protect its intellectual property and the rights of applicable third parties.
Depending on the circumstances, actions may include:
- Restricting or removing access to protected resources.
- Suspending or terminating membership access.
- Removing infringing material where appropriate.
- Issuing or submitting removal requests.
- Reporting unauthorized distribution to hosting providers, platforms, marketplaces, payment providers, or other applicable service providers.
- Preserving appropriate records concerning suspected infringement.
- Pursuing remedies available under applicable law.
Refund eligibility following membership suspension or termination is governed by the applicable NettaVibes Premium Membership Refund Policy and applicable law.
12. Relationship to Other NettaVibes Policies
This Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy should be read together with the applicable:
NettaVibes Premium Membership Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
Additional terms or licenses may apply to particular software, apps, downloads, digital products, tools, or other resources.
13. Changes to This Policy
NettaVibes may update this policy as its content, Premium Membership, digital products, software, apps, tools, licensing practices, or services evolve.
Updated versions may be published with a revised effective date or policy version.
